At Ler Consult, we proudly served as the sole consultant for the Planning and Surveying of Selected Informal Settlements in Cluster 4 of Nyeri County, commissioned by the Ministry of Infrastructure, Transport, Housing and Urban Development, through the State Department for Housing and Urban Development.
This project, which ran from March 2016 to March 2017, aimed at enhancing tenure security, sustainable urban planning, and infrastructure development within informal settlements in Nyeri County. Our responsibilities spanned across policy analysis, technical surveys, stakeholder consultations, and land documentation processes — all geared towards preparing eligible beneficiaries for legal land ownership.
