At Ler Consult Limited, we are committed to supporting sustainable urban development across Kenya through data-driven planning and inclusive stakeholder engagement. One of our key projects was the Mapping and Spatial Planning of Iten Town in Elgeyo Marakwet County, carried out between September 2014 and March 2015. During this assignment, we undertook a comprehensive planning process involving spatial analysis, socio-economic surveys, environmental management planning, and the preparation of a detailed spatial plan. This intervention helped guide Iten Town’s future development in alignment with county and national urban planning goals.
