Job Description:
Responsible for developing integrated urban and regional strategic plans, local physical development plans, and detailed action area plans. The Urban and Regional Planner conducts spatial analysis, zoning, land use planning, and supports sustainable development through strategic design and layout of urban infrastructure and open space systems. The role includes regeneration and slum upgrading planning for urban revitalization.

- Job Summary:
- LER Consult Limited is seeking a dynamic and visionary Urban and Regional Planner to contribute to the preparation of integrated development plans, urban renewal schemes, and strategic zoning frameworks. The ideal candidate will work on regional and local development planning initiatives, including slum upgrading, land use zoning, and physical development plans for counties and municipalities.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop integrated strategic urban and regional development plans.
- Design land use policies and zoning frameworks.
- Lead stakeholder engagement in planning processes.
- Support the implementation of urban regeneration and revitalization strategies.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Urban/Regional Planning or related field.
- Registration with the Physical Planners Registration Board (PPRB).
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in urban planning.
- Proficiency in GIS and AutoCAD software.
