Job Summary:
We are hiring a Resettlement Action Plan Expert to manage RAP design and implementation for infrastructure and development projects that involve land acquisition and resettlement of project-affected persons (PAPs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify project impacts and affected populations.
- Develop compensation frameworks and stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Prepare budgets, schedules, and grievance redress mechanisms.
- Conduct socio-economic surveys and livelihood restoration planning.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Social Sciences, Urban Planning, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in RAP planning and implementation.
- Proven ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with IFC Performance Standards and World Bank OP 4.12.
