Job Summary:
We are looking for a Licensed Land Surveyor to join our Surveying and GIS Division. The candidate will be responsible for conducting cadastral, engineering, and topographical surveys for land development and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys using total stations, RTK GPS, and leveling equipment.
- Prepare survey maps, legal descriptions, and control points.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
- Supervise field teams and compile survey reports.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Surveying or Geomatics Engineering.
- Licensed by the Land Surveyors Board of Kenya.
- 3+ years of professional experience in cadastral and engineering surveys.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Sokkia Prolink, and GNSS Solutions.
